Qigong is a potent form of preventative medicine that has traditionally been used to assist in the treatment of a wide range of illnesses and disorders. Qigong benefits the health of the organs, joints and bones. It promotes the health of the digestive system, regenerates the nervous system, boosts the immune system and improves all functions of the body.
All Qigong exercises are gentle, smooth and flowing. They allow the body to move in harmony with its natural structure. There are no strenuous weight bearing exercises, inverted postures or extreme stretches. Instead, Qigong exercises are performed in a natural stance, in a relaxed and upright body. This allows the soft circular movements of Qigong to gently stretch, massage and energise the joints, muscles, organs, fascia and skin, and increase energy flow throughout the entire body.

The session moves at your own pace and you are guided to perform each exercise within a comfortable range of movement and at your level of experience.
COST OF AN INDIVIDUAL SESSION: A 1.25 hour session is $150 which includes a Qigong DVD by Shirsha Marie, to assist with your ongoing practice at home.
COST FOR TWO PEOPLE: A 1.25 hour session is $200 which includes a Qigong DVD each.
