Shirsha is a Master teacher with expert knowledge and experience in fields of health and martial arts which are based on energy cultivation and meditation.
Each Workshop is an enriching day of restorative Qigong techniques. These include soft flowing stretches and strengthening exercises, deep breathing methods, self-healing meditations, and guided relaxation.
These delightful practices develop correct posture and alignment and build core strength. They improve flexibility and ease of movement, increase energy circulation, and improve all functions of the body.
Throughout the Workshop you will benefit from internal sensing and mindfulness techniques which promote calmness, inner peace and meditation. These empowering skills relax and regenerate the body and mind and support you to take health, vitality and well-being into your own hands.
Also included is a complimentary Qigong DVD to assist with your ongoing practice and continue the healing experience of Qigong in your daily life.
