The Medicine of Mindfulness Retreat offers an inspiring programme of traditional mindfulness meditation and the ancient body-mind arts of Qigong and Yoga.
Shirsha and Lisa draw on training in Taoist and Buddhist traditions, as well as contemporary psychological practices, to provide practical tools of mindfulness both in movement and in rest.
These empowering embodied meditation practices energise and balance the whole person – body, heart and mind. They help us be resilient, relaxed and present when meeting stress-related challenges in daily life, and cultivate wisdom and compassion for self and others.
