Online Qigong Classes

Learn softly flowing exercises which quieten the mind, calm the nervous system, boost the immune system, safe-guard your health and maintain physical and mental well-being. Qigong moves are smooth and harmonious and this gentle, self-caring approach to physical activity is your greatest ally for self-healing during times of stress.

As all exercises are performed in a standing posture, it is comfortable to view them on your screen and easy to follow the instruction and exercise safely. You don’t need much space to practice – anywhere in your home or garden will do. Nor do you need any special equipment or clothing. Just bring yourself and some water to drink.

Each class recording will be made available for one week, in case you can’t make it on the day.

Classes are held on Friday mornings from 7.30 to 8.30 am for Qigong Practices, followed by an optional 15 minutes – 8.30 to 8.45am of Q & A, or silent sitting meditation.
